1The evaluation procedure as set out in this Law shall be applicable also for the evaluation of the activity of the chairpersons.
2The chairperson shall submit the self-evaluation and any source of evaluation as appropriate to the Council within three weeks after the notification according to Article 85 of this Law.
3Not applicable to the procedure of evaluation of the performance of the chairperson shall be Article 86, paragraph 2, Article 87, Article 88 paragraph 2, Article 90 paragraph 1, and Article 91 of this Law.
