Installing appliances which serve for hearing or recording words or images, the hearing, recording or airing words, fixing, taping or transmitting images, as well as their preserving for publication or the publication of the data which exposes an aspect of the private life of the person without his consent, constitutes criminal misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine or up two years of imprisonment.
