Until 17/12/2019, EU-funded project ‘Consolidation of the Justice System in Albania’ (EURALIUS) has concepted, developed and maintained the e-Commentary portal. EURALIUS has contributed to the elaboration and publication of the comments to the respective articles, as indicated in the notes per each article of the laws hereby published.
