The construction carried out without permission or in serious violation of the permit or under the conditions of a revoked permit on one’s own land shall be sentenced to imprisonment of up to one year
This very offence, when committed on public or state owned land or on another person’s land, shall be sentenced to imprisonment from one up to five years.
