Import, export, transit and trade of explosive, flammable, poison and radioactive substances, with the purpose of material benefits or any other benefits, is sentenced to imprisonment of from seven to fifteen years.
This very act, when committed in complicity, or more than once, or has brought serious consequences, is sentenced by imprisonment from ten to twenty years.
