Reckless medication of patients from the doctor or other medical staff, as well as non implementation of the therapy or the orders of the doctor from the medical staff or pharmacist, when it has caused serious harm to the health, has endangered the life of the person or has caused his death, shall be punished to a fine or up to five years imprisonment.
This very offence, when it has caused the patients’ infection by HIV/AIDS, shall be punished from three to seven years imprisonment.
