Article 22: Albanian language
Albanian language shall be used to examine cases.
Participants in trial, who do not speak Albanian, shall use their mother language. They shallbe informed of the whole development of the process through an interpreter, who as a rule shall be provided by the Constitutional Court, upon the request of the party.
