Article 6: Financial resources
The Constitutional court shall administer its own budget, which being part of the state budget, shall be drafted by the Court and submitted for adoption to the Assembly of the Republic of Albania.
Any other revenues being not prohibited by law shall be included into the financial resources.
The High State Audit shall audit the financial accounts of the Constitutional Court.
