Article 60: Constitutional Court decision making
When the Constitutional Court concludes that the founding of a political party or organizationviolates the Constitution, it decides on the abrogation of the foundation act.
When the Constitutional Court concludes that the activity of a political party or organizationis in violation with the Constitution, the Court decides, as the case may be, either to cancel the activity or to deprive it from legitimacy.
