1The Ministry of Justice is organized and functions in accordance with the:
aConstitution of the Republic of Albania;
bLaw on the organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers;
cLaw on the organization and functioning of the state administration;
çLaw on the civil servants;
dOther special laws containing rules related to Ministry of Justice; and
dhThis law.
