1The repeal foreseen in paragraph 1 of Article 116 of this Code may be done at any time.
2In any other instance, other than the one foreseen in paragraph 1 of this article, the annulment or repeal may be made within 30 days from the date when the public organ took knowledge on the facts which justify the annulment or repeal, but no later than 5 (five) years from the notification of the administrative act.
