1The notification shall be in:
athe place where the recipient is welling or residing;
bany place where the recipient is located, including also the penitentiary institutions;
cif the recipient is a legal entity, the seat or any place where it recipient conducts its activity.
çplace of work;
dthe place of activity or office of the recipient.
dhany other place specified and notified in advance by the party.
2Paragraph 1 shall apply to the extent possible also in the case of notification of the representative of the party or the person responsible for notifications.
