1Notification of persons who are serving in the Armed Forces or units of the Ministry covering the internal affairs shall be done through their administration.
2Notification of persons who have been deprived of their liberty in the detention centres or penitentiary institutions, shall be done through the administration of the respective institution where the person is. At any case, the administration of the institution should document the receipt of the notification.
