1A party may appear in the public organ in a hearing session, accompanied by an assistant, who assists him/her in specific matters, necessary for the administrative proceeding.
2Any statement of the assistant shall be deemed as made by the party, when this is expressively requested by him/her. At any case, the party may object the statement of the assistant on the spot.
