1Time limits for the parties to perform a procedural action, hereinafter referred to as “procedural time limits” shall be set out by law or sub-legal acts;
2Unless otherwise provided by this Code, if the laws or sub-legal acts do not provide for a specific time limit for conducting a procedural action, the public organ conducting the procedure, shall, by means of a special decision, set a reasonable time limit, according to the specific case and in line with the principle of lawful exercise of discretion.
3The procedural time limit specified by law or sub-legal acts may be extended only if this is explicitly provided in the law or sub-legal acts, whereas the time-limit set by the public body may be extended upon justified request of the interested party submitted prior to expiry of the time limit.
