1Complaints against the breach of the procedure of calling the General Meeting, verifying the participation, voting and the counting of votes, finding and announcing invalid votes and declaring the result during the General Meeting of prosecutors for the election of members of the High Prosecutorial Council shall be filed with the Administrative Court of Appeal, no later than 5 days following the date of publication of the decision in the official website of the General Prosecution Office.
2The Administrative Court of Appeal shall decide within 7 days from the day of submission of the complaint. The court may decide repeating the elections only upon establishment of the occurrence of procedural breaches foreseen in paragraph 1 of this article and the impact or potential impact of the latter on the election results. The court decision is final and irrevocable.
3In case the Administrative Court of Appeal decides to repeat the elections, they shall be held no later than 7 days from the day of notification of the court decision.
