1Not later than 15 days from the entry into effect of this law, the Assembly shall set up an independent commission for monitoring the selection processes of candidates and the election and appointment of members to the bodies of the justice system governance.
2The independent commission shall approve the rules of its activity. The commission shall be assisted by the administration of the Assembly for assuming its functions.
3The independent commission shall do the coordination among the institutions and bodies implementing the legal provisions of this law, while following up the implementation of the legal provisions by the respective institutions, provided for in law and within the foreseen legal timing.
4The commission shall report to the committee being responsible for the legal issues in the Assembly and to the Assembly regarding the dynamics of the implementation of the law as often as possible.
5The activity of the independent commission shall occur within the premises of the Presidency of the Assembly.
