1Candidates selected by the special meeting according to the provisions of Article 48 and the assessment report according to Article 51 paragraph 8 of this Law shall be forwarded to the General Secretary of the Assembly in a list of names of the candidates that have received the highest results, but no more than 10 candidates and in each case no less than three times the number of vacancies. The list and the evaluation report recorded in the register of the protocol office of the Assembly of Albania. The original or certified copy of the documentation of each selected candidate together with the inventory of the respective file shall be enclosed with the list.
2The rules provided for in Article 35, paragraph 2 to paragraph 19 of this Law shall be applicable even for the selection of the member of the High Judicial Council from the corps of pedagogues of Law Faculties and the School of Magistrates.
