1The Chairperson of the Commission of the Civil Society forwards to the General Secretary of the Assembly a list with the names of no more than 10 candidates that have received higher results, but no less than a triple of the number of the vacancies. The list and the evaluation report shall be recorded in the register of the protocol office of the Assembly. The original or certified copy of the documentation of each selected candidate together with the inventory of the respective file shall be enclosed with the list.
2The rules according to the Article 35, paragraph 2 to paragraph 19, of this law are applicable even for the selection of the member of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of representatives of the civil society.
