1The Special Prosecution Office shall have experts as personnel who will assist investigations and can testify in trial.
2The experts shall have competence in fields which assists the Special Prosecution Office in its purpose. At a minimum, the Office shall have an expert in accounting and information technology.
3Experts shall have a minimum education at the masters of Science level in their field of expertise.
4Experts shall have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in their field of expertise.
5Employees of the National Bureau of Investigation who are qualified under this Article may also provide assistance in investigations or testify in their capacity as experts.
