1The Chief Special Prosecutor and the heads of each department have administrative oversight over the hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation of staff and experts of the Special Prosecution Office, and shall assign them in their work with Prosecutors.
2Special Prosecutors shall oversee each staff and expert in their assigned investigations and cases.
3Experts shall give opinions which are based on evidence, facts, expertise and results of analysis. They shall not give opinion on the merit of the case.
