1Non-judicial staff of the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Courts shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the Law on “the Organization of Judicial Power in the Republic of Albania”, unless otherwise provided by this law.
2Non-prosecutor staff of the Special Prosecution Office shall be subject to the provisions of the Law “On the Organization and Functioning of the Prosecution in the Republic of Albania”, unless otherwise provided by this law.
