1Except when otherwise provided by this law, the Chief of the Special Prosecution Office and the Director of the National Bureau of Investigation, shall, within two months from the establishment and functioning of these structures, prepare and approve sub-legal acts in accordance with this law.
2The Council of Ministers, within 6 months from the entry into force of this law, shall be in charge with the issuing of the sub-legal acts in accordance with the provisions of the paragraph 2 of Article 46 and paragraph 4 of the Article 47 of this law.
