1The scope of this law is to lay down the general principles and the rules regarding the:
aOrganisation and functioning of the court system in the Republic of Albania;
bCompetences and seize of courts;
cInternal organisation of courts;
çFunctioning of the court administration;
dThe Status of judicial civil servants.
2"This law applies to any court of general jurisdiction and specialised court established by law. "
