Article 3: Types of Courts

1The judicial power is exercised by the High Court as well by the appeal courts and courts of first instance established by law.

2The courts of general jurisdiction are established as courts of general jurisdiction of first instance and courts of general jurisdiction of appeal. Courts of general jurisdiction of first instance may have branches.

3The specialised courts are established as:

aAdministrative courts of first instance and the Administrative Court of Appeal;

bAnti-Corruption and Organized Crime Specialized Court of first instance and the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Specialized Court of appeal.

4The High Court shall adjudicate issues of the general and of specialized jurisdiction.
