1The final decisions on disciplinary sanctions shall be kept in the judicial civil servant’s personal file and shall be recorded in the Central Staff Registry.
2The final decision on a disciplinary sanction and the recording thereof shall be removed from the file and expunged from the registry by the Court Council and by the High Judicial Council ex officio or upon request of the concerned judicial civil servant, within the timelines set out in the Law “On Civil Servant”.
