1The child may be prohibited from performing a certain activity for a period from one to three years, if the courts deems it irrelevant for the rehabilitation of the child and prevention of commission by the child of other criminal offences.
2A child may be prohibited from performing a given activity according to paragraph 1 of this article up to 18 years of age.
