1If the court orders imprisonment for up to five years, and the child has not been convicted in the past for the intentional commission of a criminal offence, the court may decide suspending the execution of the imprisonment sentence and order the sentenced person to contact the Probation Service and to be placed under probation, provided that during the probation period the child does not commit another criminal offence.
2"When the court decides according to paragraph 1 of this article, it shall apply the provisions of article 59 of the Criminal Code. "
