1Children in conflict with the law or victims are provided with free of charge services according to this Code and the legislation in force.
2The fees for these services are covered by the budget of institutions and executed by the respective institutions where the service is provided in line with the legislation in force.
3The procedure of provision of services to the child in the criminal justice system is regulated by the provisions of this Code and the legislation in force, unless otherwise provided for by this Code.
