1The court as well may decide, where appropriate, on the application of the measure of diversion.
2The court, on its own initiative or upon a reasoned request of parties, social worker or psychologist may decide remanding the case to the prosecutor to proceed with the application of diversion. The court, before taking this decision, shall hear the child and obtain the child’s consent.
3The court may apply the measure of diversion in the stage of adjudication before a final decision is taken.
