1If law requires the date of a document, the documents shall indicate the day, month, year and the place where the document is drafted. Time indication is mandatory only when expressly required.
2If a document’s date is required under penalty of invalidity, this rule is valid only in case the date cannot be accurately determined based on the elements contained in the document itself or in any other related documents.
