1It is prohibited to publish, even in part, of confidential documents related to proceedings or of their sole contents by means of press or mass media.
2It is prohibited to publish, even in part, of non-confidential documents until the conclusion of the preliminary investigations.
3It is prohibited to publish, even in part, trial documents when hearings are closed to public. Prohibition on publication is removed when the time limits provided for by the law on the State archives expire or after ten years of the date when the decision has become final, provided that such publication is authorized by the Minister of Justice.
4It is prohibited to publish personal data and photographs of minor defendants and witnesses, accused or injured by the criminal offence. The court may allow the publication only when the interest of the minor requires so.
