1The minutes kept in typewriting or handwriting shall be null and void when there are doubts regarding the identity of the persons who have participated in it or the signature of the personnel who drafted it is missing.
2Apart from paragraph 1 of this article, the minutes kept by audio and audio-visual tools shall be invalid for the part in which the content of the recording is not understandable.
