1The proceeding authority shall verify the interpreter’s identity and ask him whether there are grounds for his/her exclusion.
2The interpreter shall be warned of his/her obligation to perform an accurate interpretation and to keep all the acts that are carried out in his/her presence confidential. He is then invited to fulfil the task.
