1The proceeding authority, after reminding the persons to be confronted of their previous statements, shall ask them whether they confirm or alter them, inviting them, if needed, to make their respective objections.
2 The questions asked by the proceeding authority, statements made by the persons confronted and anything else which happened during the confrontation shall be recorded in the minutes.
