1The proceeding authority shall dispose of an expert examination by means of a reasoned decision, which shall contain the appointment of the expert, a summarized presentation of the case, the day, time and venue designed for the appearance of the expert.
2The proceeding authority shall summon the expert and take the necessary measures for the appearance of persons subject to expert examination.
