1Items which have served as tools for the commitment of the criminal offence, those on which traces are found or which have been the object of the defendant’s actions, the products of the criminal offence and any other asset for which confiscation is allowed, pursuant to Article 36 of the Criminal Code, and any other item which may contribute to the clarification of the circumstances of the case, constitute material evidence.
