1Procedural provisions determine the rules on the way to conduct criminal prosecution, investigations and trial of criminal offences, and the execution of judicial decisions. These rules are mandatory for parties in criminal proceedings, State authorities, legal persons and citizens.
2Criminal procedure provisions shall apply also for minor defendants, unless otherwise provided by special legislation into force.
