1The request for disqualification of a judge is examined in closed sessions by another judge of the same court.
2The request for disqualification of a judge of the High Court shall be decided by a chamber of the same court, different from the one where the judge whose disqualification is required is sitting. The decision is final.
3No request for disqualification shall be allowed against the judge designated to decide on a disqualification request nor the repetition of the request based on the same grounds.
