1The court shall rule for the return the sequestered items where there is no doubt regarding their belonging.
2When items are sequestered from a third party, their return may not be ordered in favour of other parties, without the third party being heard by the court.
3During the preliminary investigations, the return of sequestered items shall be ordered by the prosecutor. Interested parties may appeal against such order at court.
