1The interception results may not be used when they are made outside of the cases permitted by law or if the provisions of this section have not been observed.
2Interception of conversations or communications of those who are obliged to keep the secrecy because of their profession or duty may not be used, except when such persons have already testified on the same facts or have disclosed such information in any other way.
3The court shall order the destruction of the documents of interceptions which are prohibited to be used, except when they constitute material evidence.
