1Within ten days of the submission of the request of the prosecutor or of the accusing victim, the presiding judge of the panel designated to adjudicate the case, shall establish the hearing date.
2The date of the hearing is notified to the prosecutor, defendant, defence lawyer, victim, the private parties and their representatives at least ten days before the date set for the trial hearing.
