1The judicial hearing is public, otherwise it shall be null and void.
2Minors aged under sixteen years of age and those who are drank, intoxicated or mentally disordered shall not be allowed in the hearing.
3It is prohibited the presence of armed persons in the hearing, except members of public order forces.
