1After the judicial trial has been terminated, no other evidence may be admitted.
2The judicial review may be re-opened upon request of the parties, when they request the obtaining of newly emerged evidence or evidence which has been impossible to be taken earlier by them.
3The court shall admit the request upon evaluation of their importance for the settlement of the case.
