1Upon the request of the civil plaintiff, the court decides the publication of the conviction decision, as a method of re-instating of the moral damage arising out of the criminal offence.
2The publication of the decision is made, in full or summary form, in the newspapers indicated by the court, with the expenses of the defendant or civil defendant.
3If the publication is not made within the set time limit, the civil plaintiff may act personally, with the right to request expenses from the convicted person.
