1Upon the decision rejecting or declaring the appeal inadmissible, the private party who has filed it is charged with the expenses of the proceedings.
2The co-defendants having participated in the trial are charged with the expenses jointly with the defendant who has filed the appeal.
3In appeal trials only for civil interests, the expenses shall be charged to the private party losing the trial.
