1Upon request by the civil plaintiff, the Court of Appeal may decide on the temporary execution of the obligation, if the first instance court has not expressed its opinion or has refused the request. It may also decide on the suspension of the execution of the obligation to prevent serious and non-repairable damage which may occur.
