1The appeal is not admitted if it is filed for reasons different from the ones allowed by the law and if the High Court deems that the case must not be reviewed by it, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1, Article 432, of this Code.
2A judicial panel of three judges shall decide on the inadmissibility of the appeal in closed session.
