1After reviewing the case, the Criminal Chamber or the Joint chamber of the High Court shall decide in the hearing:
ato uphold the decision;
bto quash the decision of the Court of Appeal and uphold the decision of the court of first instance;
cto quash the decision and return the acts for re-examination;
çto quash the decision and dismiss the case without returning it for re-examination.
