1The decision of the retrying court is subject to appeal to the High Court, if it is issued by the court of appeal, and subject to appeal to the Court of Appeal, if it is issued by the first instance court.
2The decision of the retrying court may be appealed only for grounds not connected to the issues already decided by the High Court or due to non-observance of article 447, paragraph 2.
